Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Starter plan is completely free with no time limit. You get 1 branch, 2 user accounts, manual entry, and CSV export — no credit card required, no trial expiry. You only pay when you need more branches, users, or AI features.

How accurate is the AI receipt scanning?

The AI (powered by GPT-4 Vision) reads vendor name, date, total amount, and VAT from most printed receipts and invoices with high accuracy. For handwritten or low-quality scans, it may need minor corrections. You always review before saving, so nothing goes in wrong.

Can I upload PDF invoices, not just photos?

Yes. EasyBill accepts JPG, PNG, and PDF files. PDFs from suppliers, e-invoices, and scanned documents are all supported. Files are stored securely and attached to the relevant transaction record.

How do I add multiple branches?

After registering, go to the Admin panel and click "Add branch". Name it whatever makes sense for your business — a shop name, project code, or cost center label. On the SME plan, you can create up to 5. Enterprise plans have no limit.

What does the P&L report include?

The P&L report shows total income vs total expenses per category for your selected period, broken down by branch if needed. It calculates net profit automatically. You can export it as a CSV file compatible with Excel, QuickBooks, or send directly to your accountant.

Is my data safe and private?

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Staff only ever see data for branches they're assigned to. Admins see everything. All actions are logged in an audit trail. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

Can I cancel or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the free Starter plan.

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

Yes — annual plans come with 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% off). Contact us at sales@easybill.app to set up annual billing for your account.
